The Pz-II was the main battle tank for the German Army during the
Polish campaign. It had a 20mm anti-tank cannon which was sufficient to
take out most light tanks during the early war years. The Pz-IIc armor
was thin and vulnerable to most anti-tank guns. Little over a thousand
of these tanks were made, and some saw continued service as scout tanks as late
as 1943.
